Vacuum off all surfaces of the vehicle using a soft brush attachment. Use the brush attachment to draw dust out of vents. Vacuum off any gearshift of handbrake gators. Be sure to access all draws, facias and cubby holes.
Vacuum off door cards, pay attention to remove dust and particles from switches and handles. Vacuum off any high foot traffic areas like door sills.
For leather seating use the soft brush attachment to vacuum off all panels. Pay particular attention to joins and seams, gently pulling them open to gain access.
A soft bristled detailing brush can be used alongside a crevice tool to gain access to tighter areas. Just be careful not to scratch soft leather with the head of the tool.
For upholstery interiors, you may want to use a pet hair or lint removal tool to loosen particles before you begin vacuuming.
Vacuum upholstery interior using a crevice tool attachment. Work the crevice tool into seams and joins. Vacuum behind seat belts and anchor points.
Once upholstery seating had been vacuumed, move out onto upholstery door cards if necessary.
Finally, thoroughly vacuum out the boot or trunk area.
